Sometimes problems feel too big to solve on our own — and that’s okay! In this final episode of Mindful Moments with Miss Harrison Series 5, children learn that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.

Through the story of Emma and the Group Project, real-world examples, and easy-to-follow steps, children will discover how to:
✔️ Recognise when a challenge is too big to manage alone
✔️ Find a trusted adult and ask for help clearly and calmly
✔️ Use confident words like "I’m having trouble with this, can you help me?"
✔️ Understand that seeking support leads to success and strength

Storytime: Emma feels overwhelmed by a school project until she realises that asking for help from her teacher and friends made the challenge easier and more enjoyable!
