Hello everyone and welcome back to Mindful Moments with Miss Harrison. I'm Miss Harrison and I'm so glad you're here for our final episode in this series about resilience. Over the past few weeks we've explored so many wonderful tools to help us grow stronger. We've learned how to bounce back from challenges, embrace mistakes, find courage, handle frustration and balance our emotions. You've done such an amazing job and today we're going to celebrate everything you've learned and recognize how far you've come. Let's get started with a little reflection.

Let's think about what resilience looks like. Have you ever faced a challenge that seemed too big but you kept going anyway? That's resilience. Resilience is when you try again after making a mistake, stay calm when things don't go as planned, take brave steps even when you're nervous, learn how to balance your emotions. It's not about being perfect, it's about growing stronger each time you face something tricky. Think back to the start of this series. What's something you've learned about resilience that's helped you? Let's hear a story about a girl named Mia and how she celebrated her resilience. Mia loved hiking

with her family but she never climbed a mountain before. One day her family decided to hike to the top of a tall mountain. At first Mia felt excited but as they started climbing the path became steep and rocky. Mia felt her legs getting tired and she thought, I don't think I can do this. Her dad said, take it one step at a time, Mia. Look at how far you've already climbed. Mia stopped, turned around and saw the beautiful view behind her. She realised how much progress she'd already made. Slowly Slowly but surely Mia kept going and when she reached the top she felt so proud.

I did it she said, smiling. What do you think Mia learned about resilience? Just like Mia, we can all take time to stop and look at how far we've come. Let's reflect on your journey through the series. Think about a moment when you tried again after making a mistake, a time you felt brave and took a courageous step or a challenge you faced and how you handled

it. When you think about these moments, notice how they make you feel. Do you feel proud, excited, strong? Those feelings are a celebration of your resilience. Let's celebrate your resilience with a fun activity. Imagine you have just won a trophy for all the amazing progress you have made. What would your trophy say? For example, most courageous or best at bouncing back.

What's one thing you're proud of that helps you earn this trophy?

And how will you use your resilience skills in the future? You've earned your resilience trophy by showing up, trying and growing every step of the way. You've done such an incredible job, not just in this episode, but throughout the entire series. Resilience is a skill you can use for the rest of your life and I'm so proud of everything you've learned.

Here's your mindful moment challenge. This week, take a moment to celebrate your resilience. Think about how you've grown and shared something you've learned with a friend or a family member. Thank you for joining me on Mindful Moments

with Miss Harrison. Remember, every step forward is worth celebrating and you're doing an amazing job just by being you. Until next time, take care, keep practicing your resilience, and as always, keep shining bright.

and as always, keep shining bright.
